We provide a Google Form to collect exact sizes from your group. Standard runs also available if you skip.

Day 3 – 10
STEP 03

Approve & pay

Invoice sent for 50% deposit. Order goes to production once cleared. Balance due before shipping.

Day 10 – 12
STEP 04

Ship & deliver

Ships from Indianapolis via UPS Ground (default) or your carrier of choice. Split-ship to multiple addresses supported.

Straight answers

Can we get a school that isn't on your list?
Not immediately. New school licenses take ~90 days from first conversation to shippable product. If you want a school we don't currently have — Ohio State, Michigan, Texas, USC, etc. — email us anyway. We use group-order interest as a signal for which school to sign next.
What if we want fewer than 24 pairs?
Direct-to-consumer at airfeetrecovery.com is your path — no minimums, standard $79.99 pricing, ships in 3–5 business days. Group pricing kicks in at 24 pairs.
Can we get a rush order?
Yes on 14-day expedited production, 20% total surcharge, subject to factory capacity confirmation at time of order. Anything faster than 14 days pulls from our on-hand US inventory only (limited colorways and sizes — email to check).
Do you handle athletic department internal-use orders differently?
Yes. Athletic staff / department orders can be structured against the school's existing licensed vendor terms — we work with the school's licensing office to align. Include your school's licensing contact in the initial email.
What's your return policy on group orders?
Unworn, size-exchange only on standard colorways within 30 days of delivery. Custom colorways and custom art are final sale once production is approved. Defective merchandise replaced at our cost — no questions.
